Digital Account Specialist

Reports To: Digital Client Services Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Establish trust and respect with clients
• Motivate internal staff around driving amazing client satisfaction
• Define client success benchmarks and ensure a collaborative relationship with the client to ensure those benchmarks are achieved
• Position the agency as a partner who provides leadership, insights, and guidance with the client’s marketing plan(s)
• Anticipate client risks/issues both inside the agency & within the client’s ecosystem - proactively addresses them
• Review client strategy, contracts, and agreements to make sure that they are accurate and address agency promises made
• Ensure a clear understanding of all elements of the strategy and how it supports the client’s business objectives
• Act as frontline support for client requests, issues, questions, and billing inquiries
• Ensure clients are on-boarded effectively to include all necessary documentation complete by all departments. Encourage collaboration where necessary
• Continuously monitor client feedback to guarantee a continuously high client satisfaction level
• Lead regularly scheduled client calls/meetings providing a clear agenda well before. Ensure all agency attendees understand their role/talking points for any client meetings
• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and maintain up-to-date documentation of all client activities throughout the agency
• Make sure the agency is providing the highest level of value and return on their investment in ProSites
• Have an extremely high level of ownership and responsibility; represent the client internally
• Collaborate and offer insight to customer retention campaigns by recognizing triggers based on customer behavior

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience of successful client growth and retention
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• High energy level, extremely positive, and thrives in an agency environment
• Highly organized and maintains documentation on every aspect of work
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Entrepreneurial mentality and client-centric
• Motivated, team player, and quickly adapt to change
• Technologically savvy (website design, SEO, PPC, Social Media)
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Location

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of project management tools and organizational tools
• Knowledge and experience using applications such as SaleForce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, etc.

Location

This role is office-based in our Temecula, CA or Burlington, VT offices (not available for telecommuting).
